Contracted Hours: 40 -45
Shift details: Mix of shifts
Live-In: Yes - £90 p/w recently renovated private en-suite room
• Giving a warm welcome to all guests and interacting with them during their visit
• Display excellent product knowledge to help guests in making their choices
• Take orders accurately and ensure any dietary requirements are communicated clearly to the kitchen
• Prepare drinks, cocktails and hot beverages and serve these to guests
• Ensure all front of house and back of house areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Serving food to guests
• Ensuring all Health & Safety, Food Hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times
• Maintain and restock the bars
