Set on the original Cheltenham Racecourse estate, this impressive hotel dates in part from the 16th century and has been beautifully restored, this 60+ room venue was awarded 3AA Rosette in one of the two dining options and is listed as a recommended restaurant in the Michelin Guide.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly team. Based at the beautiful 5* Hotel and working as part of the Kitchen department.

Role and Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef de Partie to join a fantastic team in a venue that is known for its consistent quality.

The role will include maintaining this quality at all times, working on / menus and recipes and helping train other members of staff where required.

There is bags of potential to grow and progress within the company, this is ideal for a Chef de Partie looking for a promising long-term career opportunity!

Candidate Requirements

The Ideal Chef de Partie will have a solid fresh food background with good experience behind them.

If you have worked at 2AA Rosette style and standards in the past, this would be beneficial, however if you have not worked in a 2AA Rosette- awarded property but have a strong background working with good, fresh food, this would still be considered.

The ideal Chef de Partie will be ambitious and looking to become part of a team in a positive environment where they can really enjoy their work and achieve a good work-life balance. We are looking for a confident communicator with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail. Candidates must be self-motivated and a good team player.
