Junior Sous Chef
Contracted Hours: 45
3.5 days - Closed Sun/Mon. Tues is prep morning.
Working in a team of 5 chefs to help run the kitchen, design dishes and run sections.

2AA Rosette independent restaurant looking for a third. Run by a master chef finalist they have a monthly changing menu that the whole team is involved in developing. This consists of 9 dishes, 7 course taster menu.
