Role:

Contracted Hours: 45
Shift details: Tuesday afternoon/eve.  Weds to Saturday spilts depending on how busy we are.  Off Every Sunday and Monday unless falls on special occasion i.e. Christmas, NYE or Valentines
Live-In: No

Currently Head chef patron Nigel works on his own but ideally would like someone to come on board to learn, be mentored and support our business.  We all muck in at all levels so there will be veg prep, washing up etc, but there will also be an opportunity to earn alongside Nigel who has now retained 2AA rosettes for 7 years.
