Contracted Hours: 48 hours a week - Consecutive days off, splits and straights
Live-In: Yes - £256pcm including bills for an ensuite double bedroom, around 5 mins walk from the hotel
Sous Chef working with a senior sous and another sous, Head Chef and Exec Head Chef, helping lead kitchen of 15 chefs, in a busy hotel - seafood restaurant
