- Role: Chef de Rang / Waiter
Contracted Hours: 43
Shift details: 4 day week - Wednesday to Saturday. Breakfast splits taken in turns. Dinner service Wed-Friday with lunch and dinner on Saturday
The role is service based in the evening working alongside a Sommelier to look after 4 tables in the dining room.
Throughout the day your role will be focussed cleanliness and service prep.
