What we expect- Help Oversee the operation of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to meet sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager who can lead, inspire, and motivate a team to join our restaurant. Our restaurant Assistant Managers are responsible for managing the restaurant in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, you really are their right-hand person. You are second in command and play a key part in ensuring the team is operating smoothly, you strive to promote sales and increase profitability whilst making sure our customers leave feeling satisfied. Leading and engaging the team is your focus, as well as getting involved with restaurant standards and serving our loyal customers.
