- A varied Supervisor position in the town's only 4 star hotel and is set in 14 acres of natural gardens and woodlands - Great salary, fantastic bonus scheme and emlpoyee perks!
What we expect- As a Supervisor, you will be working in a busy hotel restaurant where no day is the same.
- You will take ownership of restaurant by running day or evening shifts, co-ordinating a team to deliver a great customer service that exceeds the guest’s expectations.
- Our guests are at the heart of everything we do, so you will be constantly looking for ways to improve service through on the job coaching and feedback.
- You will have a great understanding of how your department is performing.
- With your guidance, your team will always provide great service and maintain high standards throughout the restaurant and hotel.
