Candidate Requirements
Takes pride in what they do and genuinely cares
Is reliable, conscientious and punctual
Has experience cooking from fresh, ideally at 1AA Rosette or higher
Has the confidence and ability to run a section smoothly
Has a passion for food and is excited to learn new things
Is proactive and always busy at work
Is able to adhere to company standards and procedures
Is willing to get stuck in wherever is necessary.
Has a good working knowledge of HACCP and COSHH
Has Level 2 certification in food hygiene
We are ideally looking for an existing Chef de Partie however we would consider an experienced Commis or Demi Chef de Partie ready to make the next step in their career.
