Demi Chef de Partie at luxurious boutique hotel restaurant. Part of a small group that operates to a high standard with several restaurants from 2AA - 4AA Rosettes
What we expect- Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes according to standards
- Take ownership of a section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are executed to perfection.
- Coordinate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Monitor food quality and taste throughout the cooking process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Assist in inventory management
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards
- Assist in menu development and execution, contributing ideas
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
