- A modern 3AA Rosette Fine Dining Restaurant, owned and run by an Executive Chef serving innovative British food inspired by natural flavour combination combinations and seasonality, coupled with fantastic wines delivered by a highly professional Front of House team with knowledge, warmth, and hospitality at the core.
What we expect:
Contracted Hours: 40
Shift Details: 3 days off. Mon & Tue off, Wed 10-4, Thurs - Sat 10-5 & 6:30-11, Sunday 10-5
4 nights off each week
Live-In: No
We are looking for someone passionate about the hospitality industry, long term, willing to learn with potential to grow, personal high standards, attention to detail, warm friendly personality.
The candidate doesn't necessarily need fine dining experience but preferably some level of hospitality experience.
As we are in a remote location, the candidate MUST have their own vehicle.
