What we’re looking for from you:
Front of House Supervisor is to manage and control the Restaurant, Bar & Terrace operations. Responsible for the smooth running of the overall food and beverage service, as laid down in the Standard of Performance Manual. To ensure the guests are served to the highest possible standard. Ensuring a consistent standards of service are achieved throughout.
• Meeting and greeting customers;
• Advising customers on menu and wine choice;
• Co-ordinating the entire operation of the restaurant, bar and terrace during scheduled shifts;
• Responding to customer complaints;
• Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company’s uniform standards;
• Recruiting, training and motivating staff;
• Managing staff and providing them with training and constant feedback;
• Ensure full knowledge of Epos and that all team members are trained efficiently;
• To undertake any other duties requested by management;
