What we expect:- Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the high standards of service.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings
- Delegate tasks effectively
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback
- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and proper procedures.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to existing staff
