Junior Sous Chef role in a Michelin Star, AA 5 red star Inspectors Choice Hotel with 4AA Rosettes and a proud member of the Pride of Britain collection.
1. Culinary Expertise: A passion for food and cooking, coupled with professional experience in a similar role or as a senior chef de partie. Experience in a fine dining or AA Rosette environment is highly desirable.
