Our Rosette awarded seafood-inspired menu and 7 newly refurbished bed and breakfast rooms make us an inviting home away from home.


What we expect: 
  • Up to 100 covers per service

  • Previous Sous experience

  • Kitchen management / food prep 

  • Strong leadership
