Company Details
We are looking for a talented individual to join the team in this 2AA Rosette venue, a recently refurbished 17th century property situated in the heart of Stow-on-the-Wold.
This Cotswolds' Boutique Hotel provides a fantastic career opportunity for a Chef de Partie, looking to join a growing business where they can develop further and become an integral part of the team!
The property is located just 40 minutes from Cheltenham and 1 hour 30 minutes from London via the train.
Role and Responsibilities
With a maximum of 48 hours per week, 5 days on and 2 days off with 2 consecutive days off each week, a good work-life balance can be achieved.
The role is a varied position and entails involvement on Breakfast shifts, Lunch and Dinner, working with a team of 7 in the kitchen to maintain the 2AA Rosette standards and high quality.
The business is growing, has big plans for the future and will likely push towards 3AA Rosettes eventually, however right now, this is not the focus.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Chef de Partie will have a strong fresh food background with solid fresh cooking experience.
If you have worked at 1AA / 2AA Rosette standards before, that would be ideal, however if you have not worked in a Rosette-awarded property but have a strong fresh cooking background, this would be fine also.
The ideal Chef de Partie will have larder, sauces and grill experience, be confident and enthusiastic with a passion for their work.
