Live in to assist a move
As a manager you will be responsible for a team of 10 chefs & 3 kitchen porters, planning and managing rotas & holidays, as well as their development, training and growth.
Responsible for managing the cost of payroll for the team, ensuring they are utilising their skills as much as possible.
Managing and controlling the costs & costings to achieve GP.
Inputting invoices
Work with sales and marketing to create and develop marketing plans and continue food development.
Network within the local chefs, apprentice schemes and suppliers.
Liaise with local suppliers to ensure we are getting the best products and prices.
Ensure the management for health and safety, risk assessments and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, storage areas, fridges and freezers.
