What we expect:
Contracted Hours: 48 - Open for 4 days of service with one half day solely for preparation and only 2 lunch services.
Live-In: No- As Sous Chef you will be responsible for being able to hold standards, drive skills and lead by example. You should be able to confidently showcase a finesses skillset in all sections as well has capable of maintaining standards and inspiring the team to succeed.
- Experience is a necessity with a calm and efficient mentality to solve problems before they arise.
- Strong established skillset with a joy for cooking and modern technique. Our sous chefs are expected to be active in all aspects of the kitchen.
- You must have the right temperament and attitude to help run the kitchen utilising your knowledge to produce the quality and consistency required at this level.
- Ability to focus on completing tasks, managing your own section and able to assist others.
- Must have ambition with solid and stable work experience.
