Multi award winning restaurant boasting 2AA Rosettes and 4 Star restaurant with rooms
A fine dining restaurant and boutique hotel in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. Currently holding 2AA Rosettes and have recently won the Lincolnshire Pride award for ‘Best International Dining 2021’. A small family-run business and are passionate about what they offer to their customers. Their small but wonderful team means that they all work together to ensure that guests have the best experience possible when dining or staying with them.
What we expect
Someone who is passionate about cooking, interested in learning new skills and techniques, flexible when needed but also a great individual who wants to ensure their customers enjoy every moment of their time with them.
Experience in Italian cooking would be preferred but not essential.
Your shifts would be split over Tuesday – Sunday with 2 days off per week (closed on Sunday evenings and Monday all day and for Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
Your contract would be 48 hours per week and would be worked over 4 days (subject to business needs).
What you receive
Up to £32,000 plus tips and bonuses
- Overtime paid on a daily rate
2.5 days off per week - Alternating Sundays off
- Christmas and Boxing day off
