Up to £45k + Tips
Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire - Modern British Food with 2 AA Rosette and 32 rooms - Established and independently owned family-run business.
• Running and managing all usual aspects of a hotel kitchen
• Guiding and mentoring Junior Chefs
• Preparing meals using fresh high-quality produce to rosette standards
• Overseeing both restaurant and function catering
• Proven experience as a Head Chef
• Strong management skills and the ability to work independently
• Experience in hotels/restaurants, ideally to 2AA rosette standard
• Highly motivated, focused, with a positive "can-do" attitude
• A steady career history with a passion for culinary excellence
• Ability to deal with functions / weddings / events up to 120 people
• Running both fine dining and casual restaurants
