Serving an à la carte menu of seasonal British food which changes weekly. Michelin Guide Listed, Estrella top 50 Gastropub based in Usk, Wales. 

What we expect: 
40 Hr week over 4 days 
We do need someone with some experience in a decent kitchen environment but positive attitude, willingness to learn and reliability are the most important attributes we are looking for.

What you receive: 
Tronc minimum at £3k
