Company Details
A stylish, converted boathouse with a decked terrace and glass front with relaxing views over the river.
Although 2AA Rosette standard, a lot of the food is grill style, burgers and steaks etc. which is what the customers want and enjoy.
Everything on the menu is made in-house using fresh, local ingredients, including bread and sauces!
Over time they will likely push for 3AA Rosettes, this is not currently the main focus however!
Due to location, it is good if you drive and have your own car as public transport in the area can be a bit problematic at times.
Not pushing for the Stars, but over time will likely go for 3AA Rosettes, this is not an immediate focus, however.
The Ideal Candidate
A Senior CDP / Jr Sous Chef working at a larger venue who is looking to step up to Sous Chef.
Sous Chef in a similar standard venue already.
Happy to join a close-knit team of 5 and will be happy to fall in under Head Chef's instruction and take ideas forward in his absence.
Everyone is encouraged to be creative and the consistent high quality achieved over the years has ensured customers return very often.
