They are a strong 2AA Rosette awarded place, pushing for 3AA Rosettes.
The local area is somewhat rural with the local bus stop being around a mile away. Friendly staff are always around to give lifts, but it would be more ideal to drive if not living in.
With a total of 34 staff in total this is a seasonal yet still busy place, that will slow down in the winter months, earlier finishes are normal, but this picks up in the peak times and some overtime is expected, however given back in lieu.
Role and Responsibilities
Opportunity for a Chef de Partie to take on the brasserie section, taking sole responsibility for the prep, cooking and clean down.
This is a comfortable position for a strong Chef de Partie who is capable working alone, but also keen on further progression and development.
The Ideal Candidate
A strong Chef de Partie will enjoy training from a great Chef, and the option to take on extra development, learning different sections and taking part in the fine dining options.

Staff accommodation is available on site and consists of a single room and a shared bathroom with 2 other staff. £50 pw deduction from wages for the live in, but this also consists of laundry, and meals on duty.
