Role and Responsibilities
Take full control of day to day operations
Weekly rotas / Staff time sheets
Implementation of revised and new standards of procedures
Control and manage bookings
Generate new ideas
Ensure that operational standards are being maintained
Providing inspirational leadership and guidance
Maximise sales and reducing costs whenever possible
Health and Safety
To work closely with the F&B Manager, General Manager and Executive Chef implementing new procedures and to be involved with future business planning.
The Ideal Candidate
Knowledge of all F&B Standards, quality presentation, service and products and local health and safety standards
Respond appropriately to guests needs during hours of operation
Knowledge of food trends and special seasonal foods
Ability to monitor and control costs
Display comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to assess quality control and adherence to service standards
Ability to clearly define productivity standards with quality requirements and methods needed to obtain them
