Role and Responsibilities

• We are seeking a skilled Chef de Partie, who must have previous experience, preferably in a hotel restaurant environment or similar.
• The candidate will be a team player working alongside the current team, under the supervision of the Head Chef. This is a full time position with a competitive rate of pay depending on experience, working up to 50 hours per week with variances based on business trends. Live in accommodation can be supplied if required and rent will be charged on a weekly basis.
• The kitchen has extremely high standards of service as you would expect of a high calibre 3 Silver star hotel, with an interesting menus, youre input and creativity will be valued along with consistency and loyalty, you will be assisting with daily prep & ensuring that your section is always clean, organised & ready for service as the 9^th person in the brigade.

Candidate Requirements

• Starting on £24,000, increasing to £24,500 after 3 month probation period
• Salary depending on experience + gratuities paid monthly
• The CDP must have either AA Rosette experience or similar
• Experience - worked in busy kitchen or in a gastro bar / pub.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in kitchens at same level
• Have a good previous working record
• Live-in is available at £52.80 per week
• Will be required to work split shifts
• Will be require to work breakfast shift (roughly 1 per week)
