Role and Responsibilities
Show loyalty, consistency and positivity to customers and staff members
Cooking and preparing food to a high standard
Ensuring budgets, checking deliveries
Training and encouragement of junior Chefs
Health & Safety
Answering to the Head Chef, Exec Chef and Kitchen Managers
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Chef de Partie needs to be someone honest who shows integrity at all times.
Commitment to everyplate going at the highest standard is paramount. making sure that they contribute to the overall success of the hotel, restaurants and banqueting, in accordance with the hotel’s standards and financial goals.
To plan, organise, direct and control all responsible activities in the kitchen department in order to achieve maximum guest satisfaction.
